             Sweet & Sour Chicken

   4      each              chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
   2      each              eggs beaten with 1 Tbsp. milk
                                cornstarch
                                cooking oil for frying
   3/4   cup                sugar
   1/2   cup                white vinegar
   1      small can        pineapple chunks in juice -- do not drain
   1/4   cup                pineapple juice
   3      Tablespoons   ketchup -- 3 to 4 Tbsp.
   1      teaspoon        msg -- optional
   1/2   teaspoon        salt

Roll chicken pieces in cornstarch to coat then dip in egg. Deep fry in Dutch oven with 1 - 2 inches of oil at 340 to 375 degrees. Don't over crowd and turn to cook both sides. When all the chicken has been cooked, remove cooking oil and return the chicken back to the Dutch oven. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over the top of the chicken. Cook until thickened, about 10 - 15 minutes. If you like the sauce thicker, mix water and cornstarch together and add while cooking to make thicker. Serve over rice.
