Summer Cake
1 can mandarin oranges juice drained and saved 4 each eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 each yellow or white cake mix 1 each whipped topping or cool whip 1 each instant pudding mix -- large box 1 can crushed pineapple
Put oranges in bottom of Dutch oven 12 inch. Mix the juice with eggs, oil, and cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes, or until cake is done. Cool
Frosting:
Mix cool whip, pudding, and the pineapple drained. Spread over the top of cake
