Stuffed Mushrooms
1 each 10--inch Dutch oven 3 Ounces cream cheese 2 Tablespoons butter 1/2 pound Country Sausage -- Ground 1/2 Pound fresh large mushrooms dash garlic powder
Remove the stems from mushrooms, Wash and set aside. Brown sausage and drain the grease. Then fold in the cream cheese. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture and set aside. Melt butter in the bottom of the oven and add the dash of garlic powder. Set mushroom caps in the bottom of the oven and heat approximately 10 minutes at 350.
