Steak & Potatoes
3 each Sirloin steaks (amount of steak is depending on how many
people you are serving) 4 each medium potatoes -- peeled and sliced (amount of potatoes
is depending of how many people) 1 each onion -- chopped salt and pepper -- to taste oil
Add a couple Tablespoons of cooking oil to the bottom of Dutch oven, heat and brown steaks, season with salt and pepper to taste. Next add potatoes and onions, salt and pepper. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are done. Stir potatoes and steak occasionally.
