                    Sour Cream Enchilada's 

Recipe By     : Camperworld Dutch oven recipe

   1      pint           sour cream
   1      pint           cottage cheese
   1      can           chiles -- diced
   1      can           cream of chicken soup
   1      can           turkey or chicken
   1      can           evaporated milk
  12     ounces      cheese -- grated
   1      each          onion -- chopped
   1      each          egg -- optional
                            tortilla shells

Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, chicken soup, chicken or turkey, chilies and onion together in bowl. Add milk if mixture is too thick. Spread Chicken mixture and shredded cheese into tortillas. Roll and place in Dutch oven to create tightly packed layers. Add egg and milk to remaining filling and pour over enchilada's. Top them with remaining cheese. Bake until bubbling and golden brown crust has formed. About 35-45 minutes.
