                Pita Pocket Breakfast

  1      pound       Sausage
   1      each          Medium onion -- Minced
   6      each          pita bread -- medium
   1      cove          garlic
   1      each          bell pepper
   12    each          eggs -- beaten
   1      Jar             salsa

Preheat Dutch oven.  Brown sausage; drain fat, saving 2 tablespoons. Stir in garlic, pepper, saute with sausage. Add eggs, sausage fat and cook together until the eggs are scrambled.  Spoon into pita pockets top with salsa to taste.
