Mel's Chicken And Rice

Chicken breasts boneless rice broccoli -- optional seasonings cream of mushroom soup
Brown the chicken in a 12-inch Dutch oven. Remove the chicken and set it aside. Add water and butter for rice. Bring to a boil. Add rice and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes. Check rice. When rice is done add cream of mushroom soup and broccoli. Add water as needed. Add the chicken either whole breast or cup up in pieces. Simmer that about 20 minutes and serve hot.
