Grilled Chicken and
Fettuccini Alfredo
4 each chicken breast's 1/4 cup melted butter salt and pepper garlic powder parmesan cheese
Chicken:
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic. Grill on Barbeque Grill. Turn often and baste with butter while cooking. Sprinkle with parmesan the last few minutes of grilling and cook until parmesan is browned. Keep hot until ready to serve.
Alfredo Sauce:
1/2 cup butter 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup milk 1 - 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese (if you are using fresh you will not need as much) dash or two of nutmeg salt and pepper fettuccini noodles (8 ounces dry) cooked
Melt butter in your 12 inch Dutch oven over low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until thickened. Toss with hot cooked noodles. Slice chicken and serve over noodles and sauce. Serves 4.
You can also fry your chicken in the bottom of your Dutch oven.
