Gourmet Breakfast
1 each onion 1 each green pepper 8 each mushrooms 3/4 pound ham 1 bunch green onion 1 dozen eggs 1 1/2 Tablespoons baking powder 16 ounces sour cream 1 1/2 cups cheese bread -- shredded
Dice onion and pepper and saute with sliced mushroom. In separate bowl beat together eggs, baking powder and sour cream. Dice ham and green onions and add to onion and peppers. Pour egg mixture in oven, add cheese and stir. Sprinkle with paprika, cover and bake for 1 hour.
