Dutch Oven Turkey Breast
1 each 14" Deep Dutch oven -- So the top wont burn 1 cube margarine 4 Tablespoons cooking oil 1 each turkey breast salt and pepper pastry brush meat thermometer
Coat the outside of the turkey with margarine and salt and pepper to taste. Now melt 1 cube of margarine in bottom of Dutch oven, add cooking oil. Next carefully place your turkey breastbone side down into the bottom of Dutch oven. Insert thermometer into turkey breast. Cook turkey a 350 degrees for a couple hours until thermometer reach's 180 degrees. Baste turkey with brush by dipping it into the butter oil mixture at the bottom of the Dutch oven every 30 minutes. Add more briquettes as needed to keep turkey cooking.
When turkey is done remove and slice. Make gravy, and mashed potatoes to go along with your meal. You can also prepare a box of stovetop.
