Dutch Oven Potatoes
1/2 pound bacon -- sliced 1/2" wide 8 each potatoes (sliced) -- 8 to 10 potatoes 2 each onions -- diced large 1/4 cup water salt and pepper
Brown bacon in bottom of Dutch oven. Add potatoes, onions, water and salt & pepper to taste mix well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir potatoes every 10 to 15 minutes to keep them from burning.
