Dutch Oven Chicken

            Dutch Oven Chicken 

2         each                 whole chickens, or -- 2 or 3
18       each                 drumsticks or thighs
4         cups                  flour
1         small box          cornflackes
1         teaspoon           poultry seasoning
1         teaspoon           salt
1/2      teaspoon           pepper
2         Tablespoons      cooking oil

Preheat Dutch oven. Mix four, seasonings, and crushed cornflakes in large plastic bag. Skin chicken and drop in plastic bag on or two pieces ate a time. Shake till all pieces of chicken are coated and browned, put all chicken in oven and cook till tender, about 1 hour.
