Cosairs Scalloped Potatoes
6 each potatoes, pealed, thinly sliced 1 each whole nutmeg 1/2 cup half and half 2 Tablespoons flour 1/2 cup sour cream butter or margarine
Butter bottom and sides of Dutch oven. Arrange potatoes in layers, with flour, sour cream, half and half and nutmeg. Top with freshly ground nutmeg. Bake until potatoes are done at 350 degrees, for 45 to 60 minutes.
