Chocolate Syrup Brownies
1 cup butter 1 1/2 cups sugar 4 each eggs 2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream syrup -- canned 4 teaspoons vanilla 1 1/2 cups walnuts -- chopped
Cream together butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs on at a time. Stir in chocolate syrup, flour and vanilla. Add nuts and stir well. Pour into lightly greased Dutch oven. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees with coals on top and bottom of Dutch oven. Remove from bottom coals and continue to cook for 25 minutes or until done from top only.
36 brownies in a 14-inch Dutch oven.
