Chicken Pot Pie

                                           Chicken Pot Pie

   1      pound            Chicken breasts (diced into small chunks)
   2      Tablespoons   Margarine
   1      cup                 potatoes -- diced
   1      package          frozen mixed vegetables -- thawed
   1      can                 cream of chicken soup
   5      ounce can       evaporated milk
   1/2  teaspoon          Paprika
   1/8  Tablespoon      Poultry seasoning

   Crust:

   2      cups               Bisquick
   5      ounce can       evaporated milk
   1/2   cup                 water
   2      Tablespoons   margarine
   1      each                egg

   6 or 7 quart Dutch oven -- 18 briquettes

Heat coals until dusty. Saute chicken and diced potatoes. Prepare the crust in a mixing bowl. When chicken is no longer pink add the vegetables, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and spices. Cook with lid on, until it starts to bubble. Then cover chicken mixture with the crust mixture. Divide the coals so that 8 are on the bottom and 10 are on the top. Bake for 25 minutes. This is good comfort food.
