Chicken N Biscuits
1 each 12 inch Dutch oven 1 can evaporated milk 1 each boned, cooked chicken yellow food coloring 1 each onion 4 cups chicken broth 1 package frozen peas and carrots flour 4 Tablespoons butter
Saute the onion in butter in the Dutch oven. Add the chicken broth, chicken and milk. Bring to a boil. Thicken with flour and water. Now it will look pale, so add several drops of food coloring. Stir in the frozen vegetables and place the biscuits on top. Bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are done.
