Chicken in Butter

                 Chicken in Butter

   2      each            chicken -- cut in pieces
   3      pounds        margarine or butter
                              Lawry's seasoning salt

Cut chicken in pieces, sprinkle with seasoning salt (on both sides). Start by melting 2 pounds of butter. Add the chicken to the melted butter in Dutch oven.  Add more butter to cover chicken (a cube at a time).  Cook for approximately 1 hour at 350 degree oven.

The chicken goes great with cowboy potatoes!
