Chicken Fajitas
8 each boneless chicken breasts -- cut into strips 1 cup tomato sauce 3 teaspoons lime juice 1 Tablespoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cumin 2 each small onions -- Sliced thin 2 each cloves garlic -- minced 1/2 each green pepper -- sliced thin 1/2 each red bell pepper -- sliced thin 2 Tablespoons oil 1 each 12:" Dutch oven
Mix in a small bowl, set aside: Tomato sauce, lime juice, chili powder, salt and pepper, and cumin Next: Heat in a Dutch Oven: 2 Tablespoons oil Add: Chicken strips, onion slices, minced garlic, and peppers. Cook chicken until it changes from pink to white. Add tomato sauce mixture. Continue cooking until thick. Stir to prevent scorching. Heat tortillas on inverted lid. Place 1/2 cup of chicken on tortilla. Garnish with cheddar cheese, guacamole, fresh chopped tomatoes, and sour cream. Use 15 briquettes on bottom only
