Chicken Cordon Blue
8 each boneless chicken breasts, skin removed 8 each ham slices thin 8 each Swiss cheese 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Skin and bone chicken breasts. Place between 2 Pieces of waxed paper. Pound until 1/4-inch thick. Take a thin slice of ham, & Swiss cheese. Place them on top of chicken then roll chicken up. Place in Dutch oven. Cover with cream of chicken soup. Cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the heat from the bottom. Cook with top heat only for another 40-50 minutes or until tender.
