2 pounds country Sausage -- 1-2 pounds 2 pounds package of hash browns 1 dozen eggs -- beaten 1 pound cheese -- Grated 8 each ref biscuits -- 2 -8 count
Brown sausage in Dutch oven. Spread sausage over the bottom, Put in hash browns, Next pour in the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper, Sprinkle with cheese. And top with biscuits. Bake for 25 -30 min until eggs are firm and biscuits are brown
