Breakfast Casserole

24 ounces bag shredded potatoes 1 cup ham -- cubed 1 cup Monterey jack cheese -- shredded 1 cup mild cheddar cheese -- shredded 1 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 teaspoon lawry season salt -- or salt and pepper 6 each eggs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place potatoes in 9" x 13" pan sprayed with Pam. Pour melted margarine over potatoes and bake for 25 minutes. (This can be done the night before and then put the other ingredients on the next morning).
Layer ham and cheeses over potatoes. Beat eggs, milk and seasoning together. Pour over the top. Bake 40 minutes. At 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
