Black Forest Cake
1 each 12" Dutch oven -- foil lined 1 large can cherry pie filling 1 each chocolate cake mix eggs
Line Dutch oven with foil and fill in pits with plenty of shortening this makes it so the cake will not stick to the foil when the cake is done. Now spoon the cherry pie filling into the bottom of the Dutch oven. In a separate bowl mix the chocolate cake according to the directions, on the box now pour the cake over the cherry pie filling. And bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done.
Once the cake is done, tip the cake out of Dutch oven onto a plate using hot pads. So that the bottom becomes the top and remove foil. Serve with whipped topping.
