Beans & Frank's
1 each hot dogs slices 1/4 thick -- 1 or 2 per person 3 small cans pork and beans 1/4 pound bacon -- sliced 1/2" thick 1 each onion -- diced salt and pepper
The size of Dutch oven you use will depend on how much you want to cook. If you want to fix enough for 4 or 5 1 package of hot dogs and 3 cans on pork and beans. A 10-inch oven will be big enough. For more you can add more bacon, hot dogs and onions and go to a 12-inch or 14-inch oven.
When coals are ready, lightly brown bacon slices, next add sliced hot dogs and diced onions. Saute until onions clear and hot dogs brown lightly. Now add pork and beans, salt and pepper to taste.
This is great served over toast! 1 or 2 slices per person.
