                                           BBQ Ribs

Recipe By     : Camperworld Dutch oven recipe

   1/3     pound            bacon cut into pieces
   1        large              onion -- diced
   1/2     each              garlic -- minced
   1        Tablespoon    dry mustard
   1/3     cup                brown sugar
   1/4     cup                balsamic vinegar
   1        Tablespoon    liquid smoke flavoring
   1        Tablespoon    cornstarch
   36      ounces            bottle ketchup
   2        Tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
   1/3     cup                  molasses
   2        Tablespoons    Soy sauce
   5-6     pounds            Ribs 
   1/2     cup                  water

In a 12-inch deep Dutch oven, cook bacon until white is clear. Add onions and garlic until onions are clear. Use about 24 to 30 coals on the bottom. Add remaining ingredients except ribs, cornstarch and water. Cook for 10 minutes stirring often. Add ribs and cover with lid. Put 15 coals on the lid and 9 coals on the bottom. Cook for 45 minutes and change all coals top and bottom. Cook for 1 hour and check meat temperature (should be 165 degrees). Remove ribs and set aside. Add cornstarch to water and mix well. Pour into Dutch oven slowly as you stir in. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour over ribs.
