Barbecued Spare Ribs
2 pounds country style spare ribs you can do more salt and pepper barbecue sauce -- your favorite cooking oil
The number of Country Style spare ribs is depending on how many people you are serving. Brown spare ribs in hot oil, and salt & pepper to taste. Drain off excess oil. Place in Dutch oven and cover with your favorite barbecue sauce and Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 to 400 degrees.
