Baked Beans
1 large can of pork and beans (Bush's are best) 18 oz. bottle Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce (Bullseye is best) 3-5 dashes of hot sauce Generous handful of brown sugar 1 large white onion 1 large bell pepper 3/4 pound of bacon
Cut up bacon into small pieces and fry in dutch oven. Add onion and bell pepper to bacon, simmer, then drain. Add pork and beans, hot sauce and brown sugar. Bake in dutch oven at 350* for 100 to 120 minutes Take off coals, cool, then serve.
